How To Meditate When You Don't Have Enough Time | Matthew Sanderson, Spiritual Adviser

In this episode of Live by Crina Okumus, I talk with Matthew Sanderson.

Matthew began studying vibrational medicine, holistic health, cleansing and fasting, and meditation in his youth. He has extensive experience in many forms of breathwork, qigong, and the meditative arts.  He works with individuals, couples, and small groups, using mindfulness-based techniques to enhance and enrich our life experience. He has developed a series of breathing practices, cleansing protocols, meditation techniques, and lifestyle tools that clear old patterns, awaken unprecedented realizations and inspire news ways of being.

Matthew created and ran the Tara Center on the Big Island of Hawaii, where he led wild dolphin journeys for many years.

He believes that through detoxification, cleansing, functional nutrition, lifestyle coaching, expanded states of consciousness, and education, great transformation is possible in a short time.
